Jose Lara Lead Personal Trainer from Get It Done Fitness has totally changed my life around. He has transformed someone who loathed exercising and was just as happy laying on the couch after work, into someone was now craves working out. Step by step Jose guided me, and his very unique and awesome way of motivating me, he was exactly what I needed. I know  I needed a personal trainer to make me accountable for showing up, teaching me the right exercises, how to do them with the right intensity and  the right form, telling me I was doing fine. Jose monitored me all the way through the session to make sure I was getting the best out of that session and the safe way. Jose taught me how to stay focus on the exercise paying attention to the muscle we were exercising to do it right to be aware to the get the most benefit of it and to keep with it. He’s done that and more. I’ve lost 24 pounds (and counting), the right way:  by eating healthy and exercising. I’m stronger, leaner, very tone, I can actually see my abs for my first time ever; I lost so many inches all around me that all my clothes has to be taken in, and everyone who sees me now tells me how great I look! Exercising and eating right have now become a huge priorities for me, a lifestyle that I actually love, even with a busy schedule, and I’ll never want to go back to where I was. I Thank you Jose for everything you have done for me, for helping overcome the fear of how I looked before.  Jose and his company Get It Done Fitness, has giving me a chance to look the best I ever looked before. I am right now working on losing my last couple lbs and then we will go into the maintenance phase, I am looking forward to that.
